Why your birth time matters
The Rising sign moves through all twelve signs in about 24 hours, roughly one sign every two hours. The twelve houses start from the Rising sign, so an unknown or rounded birth time mostly affects the Rising sign and house positions. Planet signs rarely change within a day, except the Moon, which changes sign about every two and a half days.
Houses: where life plays out
