What the service is

NatalPulse produces a one-time, AI-interpreted birth chart reading. Your birth chart (planetary positions, houses, and aspects) is calculated precisely from your birth date, time, and place of birth using the Swiss Ephemeris astronomical calculation library — not estimated or templated. An AI model then writes a written interpretation based only on that calculated chart data, focused on a topic you choose (love and relationships, career, or purpose and identity). If you provide a second person's birth date, time, and place, an optional synastry (relationship) reading comparing both charts is included. Your reading is delivered to the email address you provide.

Accuracy of birth data

The accuracy of your reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth date, time, and place you provide. An incorrect or approximate birth time can meaningfully change the calculated chart, particularly house placements. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in a reading that result from birth data you entered incorrectly.

Entertainment purpose — not professional advice

This service is intended for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not replace advice from a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, or other professional. We are not liable for decisions made, or their consequences, based on a reading.

Ordering and acceptance of terms

By placing an order you accept these terms. The terms in force at the time of ordering apply to your order.

Price and payment

The service is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring billing. The current price is shown at checkout in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. Any refunds are always issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 banking days of the refund being processed.

Delivery

Readings are typically delivered by email within minutes of ordering. If your reading has not arrived, please contact [email protected] — we will investigate and either redeliver your reading or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, as quickly as we can.

Cancellation and refunds

This is a one-time delivery of digital content, and generation begins immediately after payment. By ordering, you give your express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal is lost once generation has begun. If your reading is never delivered due to a technical error, contact [email protected] and we will resolve this promptly, including a full refund if redelivery is not possible. We ask that you reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the content of a reading is fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In all cases our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law grants you.

Third-party services and force majeure

The service depends on third-party providers (including payment processing, the AI platform, and email delivery). We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by outages of these services or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Data about other people

If you request a synastry (relationship) reading, you provide a second person's birth date, time, and place. You must have that person's permission to submit this information. Do not submit sensitive personal data about anyone beyond what is needed for the chart calculation.

This service is intended for adults (18+).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. Consumers residing in Finland may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi) and ultimately refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers in other countries retain any protections granted by mandatory local law.
